The reason first-aid iodine has a poison warning is because it contains
other ingredients that are NOT safe to ingest. Please join the iodine
group to educate yourself on this subject, and then you'll be in a better
position to discuss it with your husband. In my opinion if people are
going to supplement with iodine they OUGHT to be on that list so that they
learn certain crucial pieces of information. Also, there is a short list
of inexpensive companion nutrients that are really important to take and
you need that information.
