Christine please join the iodine group. Iodine protocol and tons of information related to iodine available there. There is at least one gal who is doing exclusive topical application with great results. You can search the postings for her information.
Most of us take it internally. Lugols or Iodoral though not tincture or provodine.

I have been listening for a couple of months now. About a month ago I bought first aid iodine at the grocery store.
I did the patch test where you paint a litttle iodine on your skin and see how long it takes to be completely absorbed in through the skin.
I can't drive because of my illness. That means I have lost all my independence. I can't just drive to the pharmacy and get Lugols.
My husband would drive my to the pharmacy if I could make a good case for iodine but he just says youre not taken anything that has a skull and cross bones on it.
So heres my question can I get results by putting this on my skin daily and taking thyroid and adrenal supports that contain 50mcg of iodine?
